Pa-C left this world on February 22, 2025 at the age of 48, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Pa-C may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Pa-C touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Piette and Eileen Piette (Gallagher) of Pawtucket, RI; his sister Jennifer; his brother-in-law Jeffrey Creighton of Warren, RI; and his nephews, Shawn and Andrew Creighton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
