He is survived by: his parents, Normand L. Blais, Jr. of Attleboro, MA and Karen E. Blais (Shaw) of Cumberland; his brothers, John N. Blais of Pawtucket, RI and Joseph P. Blais of Cumberland, RI; his stepchildren, Emily MacArthur and Kelsie Drohan; and his godmother Ann Marie Blais of Plainville, MA.
