She was predeceased by: her husband John McCaughey, Jr.; her parents, Albert Diggett and Blanche Diggett (Chenail); her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann (McCaughey) and John Kaveny; and her children, James McCaughey (Michelle) and Nancy Riendeau (Steve).
She is survived by: her children, Robert McCaughey (Kimberly), Donna Cullinan (Michael), Mary Ellen Bowron (Michael) and William McCaughey (Jennifer). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William W. Tripp Funeral Home (1008 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Teresa Church (358 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861). A burial was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Mount Saint Mary Cemetery (661 Prospect St, Pawtucket, RI 02860).
