He was predeceased by: his parents, Raisa Zabezhinskaya and Peter Lutskiy. He is survived by: his spouse Larisa Lutskiy; his children, Julia Lutskiy of Pawtucket and Felix Lutskiy of Florida; his grandchildren, Regina Lutskiy, Dennis Lutskiy, Gino Lutskiy, Max Lutskiy, Alex Lutskiy and Daniel Lutskiy; and his sister Anna Keslina of Belarus.
