She was predeceased by: her husband Jose A. Mateus; her parents, Luis Fonseca and Maria Beatrice Fonseca (Ferreira); and her sister Lidia Fonseca of Attleboro. She is survived by: her son Steven Fonseca (Colleen) of Pawtucket; her siblings, Azores, Prazeres Monson of Attleboro, John Fonseca of Cumberland, Jose Fonseca of Cumberland and Amadeu Fonseca of Attleboro; her grandchildren, Samantha Fonseca-Bodwell of Lincoln and Steven L. Fonseca of Pawtucket; and her great grandchildren, Sofia of Lincoln, Talia of Lincoln and Riley of Lincoln.
