She was predeceased by: her parents, Abilio Correia Mendonca and Almerinda Mendonca (Faria); and her brother Salvadore Faria Mendonca. She is survived by: her husband Ireneu DaFonseca; her daughter Nelia Early; her son-in-law Peter Early; and her grandchildren, Matthew Early, Katherine Early and Thomas Early.
