She was predeceased by: her husband José Norberto Medeiros; her parents, Manuel Raposo and Maria C. Raposo (Tavares); her son José Antero Medeiros; her brothers, Albert E. Raposo, Manuel Raposo and José A. Raposo; and her grandson Rodney Oliveira.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Carvalho (Albano), Natalia Furna (Joe), Elizabeth Correia (Nevio), Norberto Medeiros (Natalia) and Joseph A. Medeiros (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Fabio, Neal, Derek, Nicole, Niverio, Monica and Garrett; her great grandchildren, Catarina, Lucas, Mara, Jackson, Nicholas, Brooklyn and Winston; and her sister-in-law Odilia Raposo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
