He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank S., Sr. and Mildred Padykula (Manion). He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth F. Padykula, Jr. (Jennifer) of Woonsocket and Joseph S. Padykula of Franklin, MA; his siblings, Karen Padykula, Francine Vogell, Christine Fagan and Frank Padykula, Jr.; his nephew Taylor Fagan; and his niece Kaitlin Fagan.
