Karen L. Pappas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen L. Pappas of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Pappas and Bertha Pappas; her brothers, Michael and Stephen; and her uncles, Ted, Michael, Nick and Alec.
She is survived by: her nephews, Michael Pappas and Stephen Pappas (Heather); her aunts, Georgia Moretti, Anastasia DeLuca and Vernie Pappas; and also Jaden.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church (97 Walcott St, Pawtucket, RI 02860). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at the Walnut Hill Cemetery (200 Armistice Blvd, Pawtucket, RI 02860).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the St. Barbara Philoptochos Society, c/o Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 97 Walcott Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860 would be appreciated.
