She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Miguel Silva and Julia Silva (DaVeiga); and her siblings, Emilia Silva, Miguel Silva and Jose Silva.
She is survived by: her husband Joaquim Cruz of Pawtucket, RI; her sons, Joao Dapina of Pawtucket, RI, Joaquim DaCruz of East Greenwich, RI, Jose Cruz of Charlotte, NC, Pedro Cruz of Pawtucket, RI and Fernando Cruz of Pawtucket, RI; her grandchildren, Julie Ann, Stephanie, Alexia, Catherine and Justice; and her siblings, Maria DeSousa of Pawtucket, Laura Garcia of Attleboro, MA, Antonio DaSilva of Pawtucket, RI and Joao Silva of Pawtucket, RI. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, godchildren, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keefe Funeral Home (5 Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI 02865). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (291 High St, Pawtucket, RI 02860).
