He was predeceased by: his parents, Olinda Bettencourt and Angelo Garcia Medeiros. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Garcia Fugueira (Ariel Garcia) of Rehoboth, MA; and his brothers, Mario Bettencourt of Fall River, MA and Angelo Bettencourt Medeiros (Anna) of Fall River, MA.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
