James E. Silva Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Silva of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 6, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James E. Silva to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Veronica Silva and Fitta. He is survived by: his siblings, Lois Kaplan of Burrillville, William Silva of East Providence and Robert Silva (Dawn) of East Providence; and his goddaughters, Danielle Mathieu, Dawn Marie Cochran, Nicole, Alyssa and Hannah Silva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William W. Tripp Funeral Home (1008 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861-2594). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Of St. John Paul II Parish (755 Central Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861-2148).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to St. John Paul II Parish would be appreciated.
