She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert Picard; and her parents, Clinton J. McGowan and Marie McGowan (Sutcliff). She is survived by: her children, Deborah Breault-Chasse (Stephen) and Gilbert Picard Jr. (Shelly); her grandchildren, Chelsea Picard, Kimberly Chasse, Ashley Breault, Benjamin Chasse and Stephen Chasse; her great grandchild Angelique Breault; and her sister Ida Benoit.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home (220 Cottage St., Pawtucket, RI 02860). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Saint Stephen's Cemetery (683 S Main St, Attleboro, MA 02703).
