She was predeceased by: her spouse Jan Zych; her parents, Jan Gadkowski and Agnieszka Gadkowski (Lucek); and her sibling Antoni Gadkowski. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle M. Sojka of Pawtucket, RI, Margaret Hitchcock of North Carolina and Ewa A. Zych of Connecticut; and her siblings, Jozef Gadkowski of Poland, Maria Kadzielawa and Stefania Widor. She is also survived by four grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
