He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberto M., Jr. and Nelia B.. He is survived by: his siblings, Dale M. Aguiar (Pam) of Pawtucket and Nelia C. Lawton of Barrington; his nephews, Clay, Cole Lawton, Michael and Brandon Aguiar; and his niece Alicia Medeiros.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Of Holy Family Parish (195 Walcott St, Pawtucket, RI 02860). A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (277 Central Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02860).
