She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald R. Fortin; and her parents, George O. Yell and Alice M. Yell (Fortier). She is survived by: her son Michael R. Fortin of Pawtucket; and her siblings, Janet Y. McCluskey (Howard) of Attleboro and George A. Yell of Whitesboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
