He is survived by: his wife Lori Martin (Cole); his children, Ashley Chapman of Medway, Brittnay Plott of Woonsocket, Kayleigh Martin of Pawtucket, Madison Martin of Pawtucket, Anthony Martin of Pawtucket and Cole Martin of Pawtucket; his mother-in-law Janet Tremblay; and his granddaughter McKenzie Chapman. He is also survived by eleven siblings.
