He was predeceased by: his wives, Dawn M. Hall (O'Neill) and Rita C. Viau; his parents, Robert D. Hall and Ruth V. Hall (Hewes); and his siblings, Robert Hall Jr. and Jane Kilburn.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles E. Hall Jr. (Michelle) of East Providence, David C. Hall (Darlene) of Riverside and Stephen J. Hall (Joanne) of Belton, TX; and his sister Natalie Clancy of Riverside. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 8:45 AM at the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home (350 Willett Ave, Riverside, RI 02915). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Brendan Church (60 Turner Ave, Riverside, RI 02915).
