She was predeceased by: her parents, Antone Silva and Ludovina Silva (Brito); her husband Oscar Guimaraes; her son Adriano DeBrito Couto; and her siblings, Manuel Benjamin Brito Camila, Amara Benjamin Camila, Antonio Benjamin Camila, Maria Ludovina Brito Camila, Paula Brito Camila and Zulmira Brito Camila Alves.
She is survived by: her daughters, Firmina DeBrito Couto and Aline Lima of Warwick; and her siblings, Sergio Brito Camila of Pawtucket and Florence Brito Camila of Cape Verde. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rebello Funeral Home & Crematory (901 Broadway, East Providence, RI 02914). A prayer was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. St. Mary Cemetery (661 Prospect St, Pawtucket, RI 02860).
