He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Carello (Soares); his parents, Joseph Carello and Madeline Carello (Barthelemeo); his son Arnie Carello; and his siblings, Dolores Hiatt, Theresa Douglas and Jackie Carello.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael, Peter (Sharyn), Matthew (Lanni) and Jonathan; his grandchildren, Angela, Lauren, Steven, Paige and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Leia, Emmett, Franklin, Elliott, Sami, Lyvia, Nova, Luca Anthony and Augustus. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home (220 Cottage St., Pawtucket, RI 02860). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Of Holy Family Parish (195 Walcott St, Pawtucket, RI 02860). The military honors was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mount Saint Mary Cemetery (661 Prospect St, Pawtucket, RI 02860).
