She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Woodlock; her parents, Charles Sherman and Dorothy "Emma" Sherman (Hannifin); her sons, Donald Woodlock and Greg Woodlock; and her brothers, Charles Sherman Jr. and William Sherman.
She is survived by: her children, James H. Woodlock of Coventry and Lyn A. Latondresse of Mapleville; and her sisters, Peggy Gariepy of Pascoag and Carol Boucher of Chepachet. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
