He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Choiniere (Zifcak); his children, Michelle Choiniere of Uxbridge, MA, Brian Choiniere (Sandi) of Pascoag and Renee Codega (Michael) of Millis, MA; his grandchildren, Joseph Choiniere (Kerri), Christopher Chartier (Bethany), Janelle Choiniere (Jordan), Timothy Chartier and Michael Codega (Julian); and his great grandchildren, Audriana and Evelyn Chartier.
