He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela E. Ernest (Parrell); his parents, Richard A. Ernest and Sybil F. Ernest (LeForge); his son John Christian Ernest; and his brother Paul Ernest.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Ernest, Linda Dibble, Mary LaForest, Lois Pelletier and Nancy Grady; and his son Benjamin Allen Ernest. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Melrose Cemetery (88 N Pearl St, Brockton, MA 02301).
