He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Sweeney (Trinque); his daughter Faith Provencal; and his granddaughter Scarlet. He is survived by: his father Gerard Provencal of Woonsocket; his wife Michele L. Provencal (Pfannenstiel) of Pascoag; his children, Raymond Provencal, Jr. of Pascoag, Jennifer Crory of Webster, MA, Kimberly Miklasz of Pascoag, Christina Provencal of South Kingstown and Savanna Amato of Chepachet; and his brother Gerard Provencal. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
