She was predeceased by: her husband Donald W. Lewis, Sr.; and her parents, George Tattersall and Florence Tattersall (Banks). She is survived by: her children, Donald W. Lewis, Jr. (Nina) of Las Vegas, Corey S. Lewis (Sarah) of Foster, RI and Jennifer A. Cappelli (Chris) of Atlanta, GA.; her siblings, Susanne Bussell, Joyce Larsen (Bill), Diane Smith (Gary) and James Edwards; and her grandchildren, Logan, Amelia Cappelli, Abigail, Ryan, Niko, Luna, Tanner Lewis and Brayden Forte.
