She was predeceased by: her parents, John Perrico and Aline Perrico (Blais); and her sister Lorraine Leblanc. She is survived by: her husband John L. Sullivan; her daughters, Jessica Kamer (Cole Henault) of Harrisville and Melanie McGarrahan (Michael) of Mapleville; her siblings, Richard Perrico of North Smithfield and Rachel DiSalvo of Woonsocket; and her grandchildren, Dein Harnois, Seth Kamer, Liam McGarrahan, Juliana Kamer, Shae McGarrahan, Gavin Kamer and Cole Henault. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
