She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Cates and Helen Cates (Auger); her brother Russell Cates; and her granddaughter Ariel Welch. She is survived by: her children, Justin Welch (Ashley-Rae) of Chepachet, Jennifer Bernard of Pascoag and Kerri Leduc (Rob) of Pascoag; and her sister Suzanne Mottola of Pascoag. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
