She is survived by: her husband Michael Freitas; her mother Joan Kelly (Smith) of Lincoln; her children, Ariana E. Freitas of New Hampshire, Gabriella N. Freitas of Worcester, Eric Hamilton of Houston and Jeffrey Shabo of Providence; her brother Francis P. Kelly, Jr. of Lincoln; and her granddaughter Mia Cruz.
