We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jean Barbara Sweeney of Pascoag, Rhode Island, born in Whitinsville, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold C. Sweeney; her parents, Theodore Fior and Edith Fior (Weatherburn); her daughter Barbara Jean LaChance; and her brother James Fior.
She is survived by: her children, Charlene Sousa (Lionel) of Pascoag, Harold C. "Chuck" Sweeny of Berlin, NH and Dennis J. Sweeney (Rebecca) of Pascoag; and her sister Edith Smyth of Milville, MA. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Scleroderma Foundation, 300 Rosewood Drive, Suite 105, Danvers, MA 01923.
