He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Franklin and Lillian Franklin (Turgeon); his brother Edwin Franklin; his son Michael Franklin; and his siblings, Roy, Earl, Lloyd Franklin, Helen Daugherty, Pearl Irons and Dorothy Beckwith.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Franklin (Croteau); and his children, Donna Dumouchelle (David), Larry Franklin (Peggy), Kenneth Franklin (Linda) and Jeffrey Franklin (Lori). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
