He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Bland and Edna Bland (Isom); his daughter Rachel Bland; and his siblings, Ellen Bland, Sterling Bland, Glen Ann Santos, Lorraine Nunalley and Keith Bland.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Bland Jr., Toni-Ellen Bland, Chantee Bland, Derrell Rose and Ryan Bland; and his siblings, Theresa Evans, Elaine Mcfolley, Anita Lima and Tracey Bland. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
