She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyprian Charlska and Marie Charlska (Lambert); her husband Edward P. Charlska; her siblings, Norman, Gerard Gravel and Cecile Nadeau; and her great grandchild Phoenix Delannoy.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard "Fred" Charlska (Diane) of North Smithfield and Edward J. Charlska (Jeanne) of Woonsocket; her grandchildren, Randy Charlska (Christina), Beverly Michaud (Brian), Holly LeBlanc (Michael) and Tracy Charlska (Jason Delannoy); and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Riley, Alexander, Cole, Olivia, Grayce and Julianna.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Theresa can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
