She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Flynn; her parents, Daniel Kelly and Lavona Kelly (Mackenzie); and her sisters, Patricia Flynn, Dorothy Hazelton, Mona Coleman, Mary Uralowich and Charlotte Danis.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Carlton (Joseph) of Smithfield, Timothy Flynn (Rebecca) of North Smithfield and Maryann Koenig (Thomas) of Harrison, Ohio; her grandchildren, Joseph Carlton, Jr., Evan Carlton, Tayla, Tara Flynn, Ryan and Meghan Koenig; and her great grandchild Eliza May Carlton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
