Roland R. Hemond Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2025, Roland R. Hemond of North Smithfield, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Berchmans "Leo" and Rose Hemond (Carreau); and his brothers, Gilles and Roger Hemond. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Hemond (Robert); his daughters, Elizabeth of North Smithfield and Diane of North Smithfield; his stepdaughter Ofelia of Burrillville; his grandchildren, Dillon (Christine), Chelsea, Stephanie (Josh) and Papi; and his great grandchildren, Dean, Delaney and Caleb.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM at the Holt Funeral Home (510 S Main St, Woonsocket, RI 02895). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Church (1409 Park Ave, Woonsocket, RI 02895). A burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at the Resurrection Cemetery West Wrentham (261 W Wrentham Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864).
