He is survived by: his children, Gwendolyn Slader (Matt) of Cumberland, Jennifer Blain of North Smithfield and Kim Burdick (Colleen Walsh) of North Andover, MA; his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael Slader and Alicia Blain; and his close friend Dorothy Williston.
