Hazard of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Russell Hazard and Ernestine Hazard (Howard). He is survived by: his wife Karen Hazard (Leddy); his son Oliver Hazard of Providence; and his siblings, Judith Abbate (late Denis) of North Smithfield, Christine Colletto (Tony) of Lincoln and Thomas Hazard (Daniela) of Lincoln. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nephews.
