He was predeceased by: his parents, John Troy and Genevieve Troy (Breton); and his siblings, John Troy and Mary Troy. He is survived by: his wife Beth Troy (Sapp); his children, Brendon Troy (Anna) of Chappaqua, NY and Amy Troy (Chris Palmer) of Philadelphia, PA; and his granddaughters, Eleanor and Vivian.
