He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luke O'Neil and Helen O'Neil (Laffam) of Cumberland; his family, James and Lucille Ackley of Woonsocket; his foster siblings, Jimmy, Amanda and Angela; and his niece Kayla.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 80 Fabien St, Woonsocket, RI 02895.
