With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John T. Czyzewicz of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 3, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tady E. Czyzewicz and Frances V. Czyzewicz (Czupryna); and his brother Edward Czyzewicz. He is survived by: his wife Susan Czyzewicz (Farrell); his sons, Justin Czyzewicz of North Smithfield and Adam Czyzewicz of Woonsocket; his sister Pauline Czyzewicz of Pawtucket; and his pet Skippy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the North Smithfield Food Pantry.
