He was predeceased by: his stepparents, Joseph Gelineau and Janet Haczynski. He is survived by: his wife Holly Haczynski (Albuquerque); his parents, Jane F. Gelineau (Puzon) of North Smithfield and Leon A. Haczynski of Port Charlotte, FL.; his children, Kelsey Haczynski of North Smithfield, Jaime LaFazia of North Smithfield and James A. Haczynski of North Smithfield; his pet Teddie; his sister Lisa McIntyre (Daniel) of Dennis, MA; and his stepsiblings, Nancy Williams (Steve) of Burrillville, Joseph Gelineau (Elaine) of East Greenwich, Jean Gelineau of Bellingham, Gary Gelineau of Bellingham, Kathy Provost (Joseph) and Michael Struzik (Katie).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Holt Funeral Home (510 S Main St, Woonsocket, RI 02895). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (63 Church St, Woonsocket, RI 02876). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at the St. John the Evangelist Cemetery (63 Church St, Woonsocket, RI 02876).
