Gelineau (Puzon) of North Smithfield and Leon A. Haczynski of Port Charlotte, FL.; his children, Kelsey Haczynski of North Smithfield, Jaime LaFazia of North Smithfield and James A. Haczynski of North Smithfield; his pet Teddie; his sister Lisa McIntyre (Daniel) of Dennis, MA; and his stepsiblings, Nancy Williams (Steve) of Burrillville, Joseph Gelineau (Elaine) of East Greenwich, Jean Gelineau of Bellingham, Gary Gelineau of Bellingham, Kathy Provost (Joseph) and Michael Struzik (Katie).
