She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Levesque and Cecile Levesque (Lawrence). She is survived by: her siblings, Jo-Ann Pouliot (Normand) and Henry Levesque (Carol); her goddaughter Michelle Morin (Pouliot); her nieces and nephews, Normand Pouliot (Kristin), Jennifer Pemberton, Adam and Tania Levesque; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Zachary, Mackenzie Morin, Cameron, Morgan Pouliot, Aaron Meagher, Emma Drainville, Emersyn and Everett Levesque.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jacqueline can be made to the Alzheimer's Association Rhode Island Chapter.
