It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances P. Doucette of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 20, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Angell and June Angell (Wingfield). She is survived by: her husband Armand Doucette; her son James Doucette (Brenda); and her granddaughter Christina Doucette of Cumberland.
