With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane R. Casavant (North Smithfield, Rhode Island), born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 26, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent William Shaffer; and her spouse Joseph R. Casavant. She is survived by: her parent Vivian Shaffer (Bibeault); her daughter Michelle Casavant of Cranston; and her aunt Marie Jeanne Martin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Diane's memory to the general fund of St. John's Church, PO Box 266, Slatersville, RI 02876.
