She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Sr. Graiko and Angela Graiko (Kulis); and her brother Stanley Graiko Jr.. She is survived by: her husband John Cavanaugh of North Smithfield; her children, Kerri Berman (Andrew) of Millville and Eric Cavanaugh (Aimee Dawkins) of Harrisville; her sister Peggy McCarthy of Cumberland; and her pets, Waylon, Larry and Lynda.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bethany Home, 111 South Angel St., Providence, RI 02906.
