Paiva of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy M. Kershaw (Sanderson); and her brother Miles Brooks. She is survived by: her father Douglas Kershaw of Bristol; and her children, Elizabeth Fontaine of Wendell, NC, Ashley Perreault (Shawn) of Johnston, RI, Sarah-Beth Blackmar (James) of Riverside, RI, Samantha DeMaire (Jacob) of North Smithfield and Jonathan Paiva of Woonsocket. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren.
