Alan J. Eaton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alan J. Eaton of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 24, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Eaton and Claire R. Eaton (Remy); and his brother Dennis Eaton. He is survived by: his wife Lucienne C. Eaton (Henault); his children, Michael Eaton, Lynn Robinson, Brian Eaton and Lisa Laferriere; his grandchildren, Alexander Laferriere, Ashlyn Eaton Deluca, Matthew Laferriere, Joshua Robinson, Cassandra Laferriere, Lukas Eaton, Cameron Eaton, Cole Eaton, Jackson Laferriere and Hannah Eaton; his great grandchildren, Greyson Robinson and Fiona Deluca; and his siblings, Jane Gagne, Gregory and David Eaton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holt Funeral Home (510 S Main St, Woonsocket, RI 02895). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (63 Church St, Woonsocket, RI 02876).
