With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William David Carl (North Scituate, Rhode Island), who passed away on February 9, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carl and Alberta Gardiner (Allen); and his sister Linda Carl. He is survived by: his wife Tina L. Carl (Piligian); his son Billy Carl; his stepchild Morgan Richard (Jason Sr.); his grandsons, Jason Jr. and Nicholas Richard; and his siblings, Joseph "Joey" Carl Jr., Albert and Mary. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
