He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Edwards and Hazel Edwards (Card). He is survived by: his children, George Edwards, II of Kansas City, MO, Lisa Edwards of North Providence and Aaron Edwards of North Kingstown; and his siblings, Dennis (Elmer Edwards), Gladys Winman (Robert), Dora, Virginia and Leon (Richard). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
