He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest R. Sprague and Ethel Sprague (Lund); and his brother Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Nancy K Sprague (Atkinson); his sons, Peter D. Sprague of Foster and Forrest R. Sprague III of California; and his sibling Emory Sprague. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
