She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Frank Dolyak; and her parents, Daniel Willis and Minnie Willis. She is survived by: her daughters, Paula DiLuglio (Mark) of North Scituate, Nancy Dolyak of North Scituate and Jill DeCosta (Robert) of Greenville. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
